Sponsor Appreciation Banquet

God has blessed us with nearly 20 years of ministry to the young people of Knox County. Each year, we host a Sponsor Banquet in order to show our appreciation and gratefulness to the teachers and administrators who have been so kind to us. Without these relationships, Teens for Christ could not have the influence in our area that is has been granted by the Lord. Many of the teachers and principals came and enjoyed an evening of fellowship, food, and encouragement. Thanks so much to all those who have had a part in making this year another fantastic year for our Teens for Christ Bible Clubs!

Teens for Christ Picnic

Our final activity during the school year was our Teens for Christ Picnic. Many young people from across our area attended for a time of fun, food, games, fellowship, and encouragement from God's Word at Mount Moriah Christian Camp. This has truly been a wonderful year as we have seen God bless as He worked in lives of thousands of young people. Thanks so much for your faithfulness to the Lord and for your encouragement in attending the Bible clubs.

Middle and High School Crusade Attendance Winners

We would like to thank the students from all across the greater Knoxville area who attended the Teens for Christ Crusade. Each evening, students signed in according to the school they attend. At the end of each service, we announced the winning middle and high school from the different regions of our county. On the final evening, an award was presented to the high school and middle school witht the highest overall attendance. This year, Bearden Middle School and Austin East High School won the school competitions. Below are pictures taken during the award ceremony as well as club pictures from their next club meeting where the clubs enjoyed Krispy Kreme Dougnuts to celebrate.

Saturday Evening Meeting is Blessed of the Lord as Souls are Saved and Lives are Changed

It is such a blessing to be able to host a Teens for Christ Crusade. We have been given a tremendous oppurtunity to minister to the next generation of young people. Saturday night's meeting was a night to be remembered. Every part of the meeting, from the singing to the testimonies, was used of the Lord to prepare for the Bible message. Dr. Sexton spoke on "Appointments We Have with God." God's Spirit was at work as many young people came forward to make decisions that would effect eternity. As we look back on this meeting, it is evident that God worked in a wondeful way in the hearts and lives of those who attended. We are so thankful for the oppurtunity to have this Crusade each year. As we look forward to next year's meeting, we are excited to think what the Lord has in store.
