Saturday Evening Meeting is Blessed of the Lord as Souls are Saved and Lives are Changed

It is such a blessing to be able to host a Teens for Christ Crusade. We have been given a tremendous oppurtunity to minister to the next generation of young people. Saturday night's meeting was a night to be remembered. Every part of the meeting, from the singing to the testimonies, was used of the Lord to prepare for the Bible message. Dr. Sexton spoke on "Appointments We Have with God." God's Spirit was at work as many young people came forward to make decisions that would effect eternity. As we look back on this meeting, it is evident that God worked in a wondeful way in the hearts and lives of those who attended. We are so thankful for the oppurtunity to have this Crusade each year. As we look forward to next year's meeting, we are excited to think what the Lord has in store. Please continue to pray for our Bible clubs that are meeting each week in middle and high schools as well as local community centers. Be sure to check our blog soon as we will be updating it with new information as well as a list of future events.

Friday Evening Meeting Continues to Prove that God is Working in the Lives of Students in Knox County

"The Lord is always advancing." We came to the Friday evening meeting with great expectation in seeing the Lord move by Spirit. During the Thursday evening meeting, Dr. Sexton encouraged all in attendance to return on Friday night and bring a friend with them. The Lord blessed as most of the students returned and we were privileged to see many new faces. The meeting was filled with enthusiastic singing, wonderful testimonies, and a strong gospel message on one of the most forgotten messages of the Bible- Hell. The Lord worked in a miraculous way as many students came forward during the invitation. Again, we were blessed to see young people come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. In addition, many young people dedicated themselves to share the gospel with lost family members and friends. We are looking forward to seeing what the Lord does in our final meeting on Saturday night.
